What a wonderful individual-wow. Not only is Rick very professional but is such a charismatic person that fills the room with a light heart. He captured every detail of our wedding day. When i watch our video, I feel like I'm in a dream reliving an incredibly magical day. He's on time, on point, get's along with everyone, extremely high quality video with high tech equipment, and rapid turn around time. The perspective from the drone must have felt like god's perspective looking over that day. Im still speechless. Rick-you are truly the best. Rick was amazing. He was very down to earth, professional, and has a quick turnaround time. We got to watch our wedding videos on our honeymoon! Rick was the best vendor we hired hands down. He seemed right at home at our venue and made our job extremely easy. He even had extra time before our wedding to shoot some footage with his drone (a service we didn't even pay for) because he loves what he does and wanted us to have great footage. We absolutely loved working with him and will recommend him to everyone! If you aren't sure who to choose as your videographer, look no further! Rick arrived early to get some awesome drone shots and set up cameras at all the right places, then slipped in and out taking shots of the crew getting ready and pre-ceremony activities. He was so fun to work with and very professional, somehow managing multiple angles with a one man crew! He worked so well with both of our photographers and captured all the special moments perfectly! We ended up upgrading because we just one he would do something amazing with the montage and boy did he deliver! We were blown away by how quickly he turned everything into cinema quality clips and then composed some of the best scenes into one highlight video of the night. We are so thrilled to have these memories because the whole day flew by before we knew it and getting to relive it through these videos is the best thing ever! Thank you Rick!!!

To all future brides, let me start by apologizing for the lengthy review, but if there is ANY review that you read, please read mine. My first encounter with Rick was at a friends wedding a year prior to mine. My fiance and I were very impressed with his professionalism and humbled personality. We knew then that we wanted him for our videographer. We called him instantly and unfortunately he was booked on my, then, wedding date. We had already booked and paid a deposit on a church and hall (naturally we were devastated). We toyed with the idea of not having a videographer but could not make a decision. A few weeks later my friend invited us over to have a viewing of her wedding videos, from Rick ( I know it was such a fast turn around on completing her videos!) It was then that my fiance and I were determined to have Rick and only Rick video our wedding. I called the church and hall and rescheduled our wedding date. I called Rick, and to my surprise he was booked for the new date also. Again I was devastated. Desperately I asked Rick to give me his availability lol. Rick was so kind and helpful during this stressful time (for me). After he gave me several dates to choose from I spent the next several hours coordinating with the church, the hall, and now the caterer (by then I had already booked the food as well.) Our new wedding date was Nov 12, 2016 (two months after our original date). We are so glad that we made the decision to schedule our wedding around Rick's availability. He produced videos that were far greater than we could have ever imagined. He captured moments that easily could have been missed. It appeared as if Rick was EVERYWHERE during the wedding prep, ceremony, reception, I mean he was able to video it ALL!!! Brides, the second you get engaged, call Rick. Book him first! With so many options to choose from in photography and videography it can be pretty overwhelming, I was in that overwhelmed stage when I came across Budget Wedding Videos one evening. The next day I was conversing with my male co-worker whose son had recently married when he said, “let me suggest one of the best decisions you can possibly make for your wedding, get a videographer,” I told him about the overwhelming options and how I was just going to skip it all in favor of family captured photos, again he stopped me and recommended Budget Wedding Videos. I don’t need to impress upon you the wild unlikeliness of this conversation with as many options that exist out there, so I stopped my search right there and reached out to Rick, he was exceptionally timely in his response, friendly and engaging. Rick’s work demonstrates his ability and compassion for what he does, and the real deal is affectionately the very best description. Charming and personable Rick blended into our intimate wedding perfectly, he set my family at ease and the end result was warm and unscripted. I know we gave him a unique challenge in that we lacked a schedule of events, in fact, we lacked events period! And yet there he was, capturing each impromptu moment as it occurred. As a bride I look back and feel as though I hardly knew what was going on, yet through Ricks tireless efforts I now have the timeless details of our two families coming together and meeting for the first time; the antics of my brother, the joy of seeing my mother laughing with my father–in-law, our four legged ring bearer breezing her way down the aisle to be by the side of my soon to be husband, and the quick wet-nosed greeting she made to my Grampa along the way. Could you get all of this with any videographer? Perhaps, but if you are looking for the very best decision regarding the lasting memories of your day, may I recommend to you, as it was recommended to me, Rick and Budget Wedding Videos.

The answer is yes, you should hire Rick! Rick exceeded my expectations in many ways. When my (now) husband and I became engaged, he convinced me that we needed both a photographer AND a videographer and I am SO GLAD I listened to him and that we hired Rick. Our venue did not carry sound well and the mic connected to our officiant made it so that we could share the video with our loved ones who couldn't hear. Rick also included beautiful aerial footage of our venue at sunset along with footage of wildlife at our ceremony (rainforest). I was worried how the photographer and videographer would collaborate and I really shouldn't have. Rick was extremely profession and collaborated beautifully with our photographers and vice-versa. The turnaround was super fast- like within 36 hours Rick had edited footage for us and compiled some amazing videos. I am so glad that we have the memories to last forever. Amazing & budget friendly videographer Rick, was great and easy to work with. He followed my wedding vision to a T! He asked a lot of great questions to make sure he reached my expectations. I was able some videos the next day after the wedding and I loved them! I would recommend anyone who is looking for their special event to be captured at a great price without compromise. The drone footage and guest interviews are one of my favorite things.
